Terms Of Service

1. General Terms
- I, the artist, have the right to reject any order for any reason.
- Prices may change based on the demand of art2. Payment
- Currency used is in USD and can be accepted through paypal/venmo/cashapp
- Do not pay before confirmation in a slot of request
- Payment can be paid upfront once confirmed or 50% upfront and 50% after a sketch has been approved3. Refunds and cancelations
- If you cancel the commission before I (the artist) have started, you’ll get a full refund
- You will get a full refund if I am unable to do the commission for any reason
- If a commission has already been started and the client has canceled, there will be a partial refund (50%)
- A refund will not be issued if the piece has been fully finished.4. Process
- The time it takes to finish a commission piece will vary from 1 week - 2 months depending on personal life, health, the complexity of the piece, and or other work
- Once the finished piece is done, you will receive the full-resolution image and a web-friendly sized image - there is no physical copy because it is a digital art piece commission5. Copyright and usage termsI (the artist):
- Maintain the right to cancel and refund the order at any given time for any reason.
- Maintain the right to post my work in any form
- retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork
- Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising.
- I will not profit any further from said commissioned artwork unless the commissioner has broken any of the termsYou, the client/commissioner:
- may not use your commission for a profit unless commercial rights given
- may use your commission for personal use
- You cannot modify the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) permission.
- You cannot profit from the commissioned piece, including reselling, redistributing, uploading to print-on-demand services, or making prints for sale.
- You may post the work on your own website or social media, but you must credit me or provide a link back to my page.
- The client is strictly prohibited from uploading any commissioned artwork as an NFT. Violating this rule will result in being blacklisted by the artist.The following actions are considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially, meaning making money from it in any way not permitted by these terms.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
